We took a drive to the property in February to have another look. By this time we had already made an offer on the property. The property is 23.5 acres located on County Rd 14 in Demorestville, Prince Edward Counth.
This is a path that leads in from the east side of the property. As you can see by the vehicle tracks, locals are using it on their ATV's
This part of the property opens up. The trees were clear cut and the soil stripped off. It will be many years before it is a forest again.
Catherine is standing on the edge of the escarpment. Our property extends down the hill to the river at the bottom. There is also a nice forest down there.

Your house is going to be awesome. The location looks amazing and the house you picked is really cool. Unfortunately the only drawback I can see is that you may have to invest in some nubby tires for your bike for a while. Good job on the blog. Keep it updated so we can watch the progress!
